My journey started with a BSc in Dance Science, where I became a qualified PT and trained my fellow students. I kept that going while completing my Masters in Dance, blending my love for movement with a passion for fitness. As a professional contemporary dancer, I’ve always seen exercise as more than just working out—it’s a way to enhance performance, improve well-being, and feel amazing in your own skin.

I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, including those with health conditions, injuries, or disabilities, and I love tackling specific goals like preparing for marathons, triathlons, or even mastering tennis and figure skating. I’m also a certified yoga teacher, which gives me a unique perspective on alignment, mobility, and the mind-body connection—a perfect complement to strength training.

I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in 2019. This sparked my deep dive into women’s hormone health and how diet, exercise, and lifestyle impact overall wellness. That’s why I’m all about creating empathetic, tailored programs—because there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all in fitness or health.
